Overview

To help troubleshoot an issue, sometimes it can be helpful to submit diagnostic log from your device.

How to Submit Logs

Navigate to Infuse > Settings and tap the ‘Report a Problem’ option.

Follow the prompts to send an email. Be sure to include a few details about the issue you are seeing (the more info the better) and our support team will be able to provide further assistance.
