Problem
Apple TV remote no longer works after updating system software or installing aTV Flash.
Solution
The Apple TV remote will need to be "un-paired". This can be easily done by following the steps below.
1. With the Apple TV powered on hold the left arrow (<<) and menu buttons for about 6 seconds.
2. A flashing remote icon will appear in the upper left-hand corner of the screen to confirm the remote has been un-paired.
